Mr.Ashutosh Chandra is founder and Managing Director of Leeway International.

Mr. Chandra is an exuberant entrepreneur who has been playing a key role in shaping Leeway International into an ardent business empire. He, by his professional approach to business decisions and an active involvement in regular business operations has taken the group a step ahead.

Mr. Chandra’s achievements in business have earned recognition at the national level. In December 2019, Red Elixir, a leading business magazine and entertainment company awarded him the ‘Best Entrepreneur of The Year’. He has also been awarded with ‘Excellence Biz Award 2020’.

Before guiding Leeway International on the success path, he has worked with Bharti Airtel Limited as National Head (Broadband Sales) and other organizations in the career spanning 15 years.

Mr. Chandra holds an MBA degree in Marketing & Sales from Amity University with additional qualification in Office & Accounts management from Bharatiya Vidhya Bhawan.

Gyan Prakash is Chief Operating Officer at Leeway International, overseeing the marketing, sales, and services teams. As the company's first-ever COO, Gyan is focused on reducing the operational cost and friction of the customers.

Gyan has more than 15 years of experience ranging from product marketing, sales, and strategy. Gyan previously served as Branch Manager with Religare, where he was responsible for embedding customer focus across the organization. Before Religare, he was Senior Manager at Reliance Life Insurance where he helped triple revenue and scaled the sales organization.

Gyan has a stint as an entrepreneur in market research and social research, product development, channel development.

Besides focus on business, Gyan has been associated with many NGOs.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application and an executive MBA (Sales & Marketing) from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Kumar Gaurav is Chief Financial Officer at Leeway International; he has primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. He also manages investor relations and partnership compliance.

He provides leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team. He also gives strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team.

He holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds Company Secretary (CS), LLB and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) from IIBF.

Jyoti is a transformational leader with 10+ years of Portfolio, Project and Agile Management consulting, design and delivery experience.

She is actively involved in managing, leading, planning and participating in all facets of enterprise program and portfolio management, with concentrations in methodology development, capability design, governance, process design & definition, build, plan and manage transformations, portfolios and projects.

She has extensive portfolio and project management experience across a variety of industries including education , insurance, manufacturing, financial services and power and utilities. Along with her broad industry experience, she has the ability to understand client maturity and capability, which is utilized to architect right-sized solutions based on the client’s current need and future growth opportunity and maturity.

Dheeraj is one who turns data into decisions. Dheeraj as chief analytics officer leads group’s data analytics strategy, driving data-related business changes in an effort to transform the group into a more analytics-driven one.

He oversees the analytics function, including data analytics and data science. The role sets strategic priorities for the function and identifies new business opportunities based on data.

In a career spanning more than 10 years, prior to joining Leeway International, Dheeraj has worked with various retail giants in different capacity.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Delhi University.

Brijesh Kumar as the Chief Security Office is responsible for the security of personnel, physical assets, and information in both physical and digital form. He takes care of safety protocols, risk management and responding to security incidents.

He is responsible for physical security, such as preventing trespassers and protecting physical assets.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University.

Mr. Saurabh Gaba is head of our wholesale department at Leeway International, with several years of industry experience. He is responsible for distribution of our products to our retail partners. He is responsible for executing merchandising plans that help the business to grow and meet sales targets.

He is a pro in finding ways to improve and develop sales numbers. He is an expert in analyzing performances for all relevant accounts and monitoring competitor activities and market trends to find new opportunities. He is also responsible for planning, directing and evaluating the operations of our establishment’s wholesale and retail sales.

He holds MBA degree from IMT, Ghaziabad.

She works as an advisor by suggesting the role and power of director of the company. She makes sure that the company is following the laws and guidelines.

She is also responsible for maintaining Company’s statutory books and records.

She holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India

Puneet is an expert and leader who helps the company minimize its legal risks by advising the company's officers and board members on any major legal and regulatory issues the company confronts.

He leads in-house attorneys; provide direction on major legal and regulatory issues, and work to minimize legal risks.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Law from Faculty of Law, Delhi University.

Rakesh oversees group's learning program and strategy by supporting its overall business goals.

Rakesh is responsible for learning and talent development.

He has worked extensively on designing and launching corporate learning academies and leadership development frameworks. He started as customer service associate and got more than 8 years of experience in team building and training.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University.

B.Sc. (IT) form Sikkim Manipal University, over 18 years of experience in several organizations before joining us in 2022. He is an expertise in managing and Installation of Various Linux Operating systems like Fedora, Centos, Red hat and installing Squid, Send Mail.

Implementation of Call Centre CRM as well as Hardware Like (VOIP Gateways, Dialogic, Ai-Logix, EPABX, Sangoma, Digium and Openvox, IP Phone).

Voice Digital Gateways – Mediante Series and Analog Gateways/Devices such Audio Codes, Cisco ATAs, IP Phones.
